To continuously meet our high requirements, we use a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and an environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015. Both certificates apply to the area Development and production of tools, special machine construction, molds and devices, gauges, mechanical cutting presses, bending and automatic assembly machines, automation technology.

During the manufacturing process we follow detailed inspection and measuring protocols. Defects are detected early and rectified to save on expenses and time. We conduct our final tests using 3D coordinate-measuring machines. Our technical equipment includes a FARO Platinum measurement arm for jigs and special machinery, as well as a Tesa 3D to measure shape, position and flatness of single parts. Jigs are tested for function on our hydraulic test stand.

If there are special documentation requirements we develop additional application specific software. Our process-/quality interface ProLink/ProVision, for example, documents and processes set point values and test limits according to norm ISO/TS 16949 (automotive).

Our team’s support extends past the delivery and implementation of your project. As part of the company’s Product-Lifecycle-Management, we offer dismantling and recycling or updating and retrofitting outdated machinery.
